A new ruling in Barcelona will see holidaymakers fined for wearing swimming costumes on the streets. The tolerance of the Spanish is wearing thin as holidaymakers take liberty’s by wandering around the streets in clothing meant for the beach. fines will vary from 120 – 500 euros. ‘Egidio Pagliotta, 68, an ice-cream salesman, said “there was a lot of permissiveness and (the new regulation) will be better for everyone.” ‘
