A comprehensive program to stem the tide of drowning in Vietnam

For a country with 3,000 km of coastline, many Lakes Rivers and ponds and especially considering the tropical weather; it’s surprising to that many Vietnamese are unable to swim. Rather than ban swimming in open waters steps similar to those taken in the UK back in the heyday of swimming are being implemented countrywide in Vietnam. Water safety, Swimming instruction and survival skills spell out a brighter future for the Vietnamese as schools start a program which will be good news for everyone. more
